FF Rumor: Alia to star opposite SRK in Sid Anand’s Next

We earlier reported that Shah Rukh Khan is all set to collaborate with Siddharth Anand on his next film. Siddharth’s last film War, which starred Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor in lead, turned out to be a smash hit at the box-office. Sources close to the now project informed us that apparently Alia Bhatt will star opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the untitled project. The two were last seen in Gauri Shinde’s Dear Zindagi. Released in 2016, Dear Zindagi garnered great critical acclaim and fans enjoyed watching Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt share the screen.

Well, we hope the parties involved come out with the confirmation soon but the way everything’s at a halt right now due to the coronavirus pandemic, it looks like that might take a while.

I think it will be an action thriller like Taken. Someone will kidnap his daughter (Alia) and he will hunt them down until he reunites with her.

He won’t play alias dad, no way. nor does that script has anything for alia.

These rumors are getting ridiculous just announce the movie or stfu. Every other day there’s new rumor with new director

This doesn't make any sense, Alia's films are mostly produced by Dharma or has some involvement from Dharma. YRF is very independent and they don't collaborate with any production house. Most likely they'll put Manushi in the film not Alia.

If the rumors are true, YRF wants to make big splashes for their 50th celebration. They want all the big stars in their movies.

Kat is already in Tiger 3. I expect them to go after Alia and Deepika for their other movies

Kat is a requirement in Tiger 3, otherwise they wouldn't have her. YRF doesn't spend that much money on actresses, plus they have atleast 3 actresses signed up for their upcoming films. Any one of these 3 could star in the other movies.
