From today's episode it is clear that child is not Neil's daughter that affair started before pregnancy came out, plus today one scene caught my eyes when the baby was crying Neil comes in and guest was all in a different zone when Neil shows the baby to guest she starts crying holding Neil it is not Neil's and he is not aware of it.

Regarding Neil not being aware of it is she may have had relationship with both and got pregnant and only a mother can tell who the father is so Neil thinks of child as his. Or Ritwik might realise his mistake and feel guilty of backstabbing good friend like Neil and he might also know by now true colors of guest so he himself might come and say truth about haddi .

Back then Neil was emotional and left house . remember he said ...how can I throw mother of my daughter out ? So at the end here that haddi will not be his so this will be easy for him to show guests the doors .
