You are right Kangana...But this judicial system is the same thing that saved your ass from being put in the jail for stalking and harassing someone....

For a change, at least in spirit, I agree with her that Indian judiciary is losing the plot. Death penalty is unacceptable for rape. As a court of law, you should not aim to please the collective conscience of the society with your judgments. Sigh.
