Are actresses lasting for a longer time now days

Actresses would fizzle out quicker earlier. Is this a new trend where actresses are lasting well into their late 30's in mainstream cinema? Thoughts? Whats different between the era of katrina, deepika, priyanka, kareena vs others?

I think it has to do with talent + X factor. Not a single actress in their 20's has that combination, which makes it very hard for the general audience to like them whereas Deepu, Anushka, Shraddha, Katrina and Kareena have either one or the other factor in abundance.

This is a strange trend, though, whereas actresses born in the 90's and afterwards are not accepted by the audience, the only exception is Alia Bhatt.

I wouldn’t put shraddha anushka and Alia in this list of acceptance though? They are popular. But despite their presence the audience seems to still latch onto prior actresses. The stardom of the likes of ananya, shraddha And Alia feel less natural, and more forced. I don’t know how to explain it. Maybe the standards have gotten low and that’s the problem.
