ummm if the couple is separated for more than 5 years then the marriage will be considered as invalid

According to Hindu marriage act, it is said that a person who has not been heard/seen of as being alive for a period of 7 years or more is presumed as dead in the eye of law and the spouse can re marry quoting the above point as a reason
