they both are parents. One of them has to mourn the death of the other child for life. That, that he ws unable to save Sneha from fire, is holding him back. Nothing else.

I know this from personal experience 😢 sometimes dad, sometimes mom. Here mom is consumed by revenge, dad consumed by loss of other child.
