srk is a bonafide floppie for a decade now. please respect his flop status.

Are you oblivious of his superstar status or what?It’s one thing to not like his movies/acting but comparing him to these actors?

After a decade of horror films like ra.one, jab tak hai jaan, happy new year, fan, raees, jab harry met sejal, zero, he is a bonafide floppie. Please atleast respect his flopstar status which he has earned through his sheer hardwork. Majority of the people don't want to watch his face or acting or films anymore. He has been totally rejected.

The problem is our generation is much smarter than they give us credit for, our generation wont accept a 55 year old romancing a 25 year old (unless it’s age gap movies etc)

One thing I really admire about Srk that he has accepted that he is a floppie and retired gracefully.

to reclaim success and respect of the audience, trade and critics he should first let go of his star image when he is acting. All his last roles were affected with that only. His acting at places has certain OTT filmi quality that doesn't let him totally live his character. Zero for many scenes did a good job of capturing his talent, but then he had to go and throw his arms out and act all SRK, ruining all the hard work.

Hard Luck. He did try a lot though but things didn't work out.

If luck favours then even thrash sells but if luck doesn't then even gem didn't.

Raees and Fan were good films but didn't work. Zero was thrash and didn't work.

Happy New Year was thrash but worked.

Whatever flop Amit Sir gives he is Megastar

Whatever flop Sallu Miya gives he is SuperStar

And so is SRK

Raees, Jab tak hai jaan, and Happy new year are Hit movies,

Ya Zero and Ra.One were trash but that doesn't mean he is flop,,,SRK gave super hit like CE to many hit movie in this decade some are flops but he can handle it

About his comeback, I agree he is taking time but he knows he is in demand and you know why every week 3-5 topic of SRK when he is not even working in any movie

Because he is refusing to change with the times and is still stuck in his larger-than-life image. He needs to reinvent himself and do roles more suitable to his age or else pick good scripts. Harry met sejal and Zero were bad films. They deserved to flop, irrespective of SRK's standing.

He needs to take a leaf out of Aamir Khan's book and pick scripts which are fresh and innovative.
