The sheer fact that from day 1 Sneha’s paternity has been highlighted not once but gazillion times goes to show that it’s probably there for a reason. Only time will tell!

Sneha paternity was always going to be doubted due to the fact prerna married bajaj. Even though anurag found out in the end the reason why she married bajaj he still doubted her purity. Even though anurag said he doesn't have a problem with sneha being bajaj kid I feel it showed in the actions. Bajaj and anurag hate one another. Along the line anurag is insecure of bajaj. Of course he will be bothered but he wouldn't say it. Not long after saying he will accept her even if she is bajaj child we got the throwing prerna off the bridge for her protection from komolika. As well as anurag separating mom and daughter. What was the need to separate mom and daughter. Unless there was a hidden reason behind it. Unless anurag wanted to punish prerna for being disloyal.

Also him calling his child a mistake shows the kind of father he is.

Haha, I guess if you think Anurag pushed Prerna off the bridge because Anurag wanted to punish Prerna for being disloyal to him and having a child with Bajaj, then you are also right to think that Anurag is a villain and can never be redeemed. However, those thoughts just mean that you completely missed the essence of Anurag's character! 🤣

A child always deserves their dad's or mother's surname. Why? one of the reasons I can think of is that they don't procreate with close relatives of either parent because incest is disgusting.

A man doesn't become the father of a child just because he donated blood or an organ LOL. 😆🤣

That kid will always be Sneha Sharma Basu. Period.

A man doesn't become the father of a child just because he donated sperm as well. 😆

@OT - Bajaj might not be a deserving father of Sneha yet, but Anurag would be the LAST PERSON ON THE EARTH in the 'Deserving' list of anything that concerns Sneha. He separated a 2 day old child from her mother. Beat that and then we will see who deserves what. 🤬

Right now, only Prerna has the right to be a parent to Sneha. Others can wait. She was snatched away from this right for 8 yrs despite bearing this superbaby in her womb for more than 1 yr, that's more than any other normal mother mind you. 😆 Then I will let her decide who should be called Sneha's father if need be. And this is 2020. We can stop fighting abt the paternity. Whether RB donated his sperm for Sneha or not, irrespective of what Sneha calls RB this season, RB is the father figure, guide and philosopher that Sneha's gonna get in him, solely because of how he treats her mother. Prerna might fail to see that time to time and value that, but a kid never fails to acknowledge who treats her mother and how. ❤️

It’s my point of view they should follow s1 they would give them TRP as family wants drama no true love . Lovely dovey scenes are boring for fetching TRP

Content and drama fetch TRP not lovey dovey scene as it’s a family show not a youth show genre is different. Family want drama only

I guess I don't agree. I am all up for drama (because who doesn't love dramatic shows?!) but completely following S1 story doesn't make sense because no one wants to watch something that they have already watched. To your point, TRP audience might not like watching all lovey-dovey scenes but you know what they hate more - watching the same characters do the same stuff again! It doesn't help KZK that there are a lot of shows currently out there to watch and the content in general has kinda changed. Plus it's not 2004 and people don't like watching multiple leads so much. Even most of EK's shows currently on air have a consistent lead pair. So, I guess we will see what happens next but till then I hope people stop projecting S1 characters on S2.

@Bold - I guess that's true, like how Kuki saw Anurag during the first Bajaj track in S2. ❤️

@Rest - That depends on how the S2 story unfolds, holding off on judgments for now.

How can a push off the bridge ever be redeemed in your opinion?

we all know that anurag pushed prerna off a bridge because he was helpless against komolika as he always is. However I'm saying what was the need to separate sneha from prerna. A child always need their mother. And he took that away. Did he not think that this child will grow up without her mother? No apparently he doesn't seem to care. No matter how many times people try to justify this it CANNOT be justified. Also it goes to show every character in this show is grey. They do bad deeds including the hero. So bajaj shouldn't be pointed as the only villain of the show when he is not.

I find this extremely harsh. When Prerna told Anurag about their kid the day they were going to get married, Anurag was SO happy! He did not for a moment have any doubt about the child and got extremely excited about him being a father. Even during memory loss track, he unknowingly did all the things a father does. It was only when donating the blood came and his didn't match and neither Prerna's matched and he was given proof that Bajaj's matched, that he doubted the paternity of the child. But did he act on those doubts? No. It's extremely normal for people to have doubts but the actions that they take on those doubts define who they are. Therein lies the difference between this season's Anurag and the S1 Anurag. The S1 Anurag questioned Prerna's character and threw her out. This one may have doubted the child's paternity but for him, Prerna would always come FIRST. He immediately went and apologized to Prerna and got her back. That makes him not mahaan/doing ehsaan, but just HUMAN.

Moreover, Bajaj accepting Prerna's kid doesn't really make sense, because at the time, Bajaj did not know her and nor did he want Prerna. He just wanted to take revenge on Anurag (reasons still unknown)) and a nanny for his kid. It didn't make a difference to him whether that nanny was pregnant or not, as long as his own kid was looked after, and that's exactly what he said to her as well.

The S1 Bajaj case was different, where he did become a support to Prerna and her child once she was thrown out and fulfilled all the responsibilities of a father.

I wish people would stop projecting S1 characters on S2. As we have seen so far, the premises are different and the storylines aren't exactly the same. If people miss S1 so much, you could always watch them on Hotstar - all of the episodes are still there. 😊

Also, for what it's worth, I don't think Anurag called Diya a mistake. He called the act of consummation with Komolika (assuming it happened) a mistake. Maybe down the road, Anurag might behave horribly with Diya and that is when he can be called a bad father. But not till then.

Finally I find someone who look at kzk2 as a new serial and new story and not shadow of s1

you know when I think about it now I'm wondering that anurag did this to protect prerna right? So if he planned on keeping prerna alive why did he separate both mom and daughter? He would only do that if he had a secret motive which is to punish prerna for being disloyal. Otherwise maybe he did put sneha in an orphanage. And got news that the orphanage exploded and thought sneha is dead for all these years. Because I see no reason why he would keep prerna alive but not have both of them together it doesn't make sense. So maybe for me he doesn't know about sneha. Otherwise if he did it just shows how cruel he was to prerna. Either situations make him look bad and unredeemable. He got rid of prerna for her protection and send her away from him. Keeping sneha close to him puts her in even more danger. Let's face it anurag is terrified what komolika would do. So him having her next to him I cannot see

What nooo !! Kuki very well saw who treats her mother and how. The incident that pushed her off her father was how he treated a third party named Anurag whom she calls bhaiya or whatever😆.

Let Sneha know the truth about what her sperm donor did, and then we can see how she behaves😆. Yes, all tuned for the story to unfold.
