Naa. It was SM2 vs Udham Singh vs Toofan. Jayeshbhai was an alleged September release. Udham and Toofan changed dates. I highly doubt John does. The man is addicted to clashing his films lol.

JJ is 2nd October ? Any word on 83 ??

You mean they made way for Jayesh? But why? Udham seems like a very interesting movie...It would’ve been interesting to see Vicky and Ranveer clash...As for John, his movies are a hit and miss most of the times, aren’t they?

I am sure there are many more behind the scene negotiations taking place as we type. Udham and Toofan would've been spanked on the opening by SM2 anyways. The first part was a solid superhit with good subsequent TV ratings. Barring pagalpanti and RAW, John has been on a good streak of success. Ranveer is the clear bigger star. This current clash is a classic metro-centric (hate using that dumb elitist term CLASS) vs mass centric clash. They cater to different audiences, which ought to be good for both movies if they both click with their target demographic.

Batla vs Mission Mangal all over again except Batla catered more to the multiplex than mass.
