their stock market has gone up by 0.3%. Everywhere else it is down by nearly 20%.

Some conspiracy theories are they wanted to remove Hong Kong protesters. And also wanted to finish trade war with US. If Olympics got suspended, Japan will be finished. All in all China will gain so much from this shit. The attention got diverted from muslim detention centers in Uighur province.
