I think her flip when Himanshi came was very much understandable...Her world fell apart and she moved away from people who seem to have forgotten her and on the other side Paras extended that olive branch for her which she accepted with lots of hesitation coz it was a question of survival in that house ..But even when she was on the opposite team she always defended and supported Sidharth behind his back ..That's where the difference lies! She didn't do things to raise herself in the eyes of Sid like what Arti, Asim or the rest of the gang did

I strongly feel this realisation of Sana providing him unconditional support, love and care in the show without expecting anything from him has hit him very hard and that's why we see a completely different Sidharth now in the real world..Now he has become Sana's Kullu..😊😊😊
