They both do things intentionally to hurt each other...and In Sana's opinion that is how you should test your partner...If he comes back to you means he cares and likes /loves you and Sid adopted the same mechanism to test Sana too 😁😁

Well even paras said this he has undergone treatment for it ..he even said he had gained a lot of weight at that time ..he came back to shape after external help ..but I feel he mentioned during wkv to salman sir that he is concerned that since his certain things which were happening outside are not available his habits at B.B. house is getting affected ..I feel his smoking concerns are not small ..he still is taking external help which he was not getting in B.B. house
