I miss the initial episodes where they talk so little and Maya going all poetic with her words but they understood each other so well.

Actually, now thinking of it, I feel Cvs initially wanted us to fall in love with Mayra. That's why they established the story with Mayra first so that when Maya x Mj truth come out, we will still ship Maya and Rudra. Maybe that's why they only told Maya background story after their marriage.
