I'm thinking of this end ... they must also show Sona as a billionaire because her blood has become a medicine and will start Rastogi hospital. On the other hand, Netra will come and ask Rohit to act in KPK, impressed by his real life acting by throwing Sona out. Rohit will turn into a successful small screen actor ... One day at mandir they'll show Mata ki chunri flying and landing on their head wala last scene and bgm plays ... Kahaan hum Kahaan tum

Yes. This show was so ridiculously overhyped when it started just because it made fun of the clownery shown in other ITV shows. But they ended up becoming just like them. It was never different, just the content was decent enough to watch for the first 70-75 episodes.

sandip ridiculed other shows in beginning .later made up to eat his own sxhit

Sandip might be let down, he has said this in the interview. Softly blamed it on the channel interference, also telling that he knows how the other side works, and majorly felt the audience let him down stereotyping on the kind of content they like to watch. Frankly, the audience has been let down. If he feels that saree-mangalsutra donning, pure soul, bechaari, detective bahu, maa ka ladla, aggressive, angry young, all in love but helpless beta and whole world against the couple, evil mil, vamps, separation and high drama will give TRP, why didn't it help KHKT ? He did try everything right but the TRPs didn't shoot up the way he described his audience. Only effect was some of us (like me) just stopped watching after hanging on for weeks, hoping the show will become what it started out as.

Sandip succumbing to all the things that the show initially trolled, and talking about audience's taste in the interview, while the TRP needle didn't budge - all 3 didn't really tie up. In any workplace, there's immense politics - few years back in my org, a whole vertical was laid off, the top most guy was asked to leave, hundreds under him lost their jobs. The workforce kept shrinking daily, only with few SMEs without managers hanging around to wrap things up logically and with quality. But they didn't introduce issues and backlogs just because they're going to be out.... Probably the interview was given in spur of the moment ... hope he'll introspect later and have a better way of finishing his shows in future if things don't go the way he wants.

I agree with your post. The show became hard to watch after the mhatre track— most hung around for ronakshi and why not, they did make a cute couple but as for tracks they were rubbish.

Sickand’s interview makes us feel sad for him but it also makes him look immature- blaming everyone except himself and his team. It’s like the example you gave, when people loose jobs in the corporate world, it’s not always because they didn’t work hard it’s so many more reasons, and if everyone went around behaving the way Sickand’s team has.. they would not get another job. My bhabhi was recently let go of her job, given two weeks notice but she stayed finished her deliverable with her best foot forward, she already has another job. It’s called professionalism.

I agree that the ending has left very much to be desired. They are unnecessarily putting new tracks now which they could have very well done without and paid a little more importance to progressing towards a happy ending. But they will drag the villainy of nishi and Veena until the very end! They also seemed in a rush to finish the shooting and all 2 weeks before itself. There are reports that the channel also interfered with the ending track.

So it is not easy to see if only the channel is to be blamed or sikcand too. I mean sikcand does look very frustrated and fed up so maybe he has given up on the show thereby he cannot as you said be professional enough to give us the end we want. Or maybe channel is still not letting him do what he wants. On top of that add the practical issues. In another post I read they may have wrapped up shooting because of budgetary concerns of spilling over into March.

All in all everyone just wants to get done with it. The ending is going to be a patched up job. The producer and creatives have given up on their baby. The actors have lost their dedication. Seems like the channel is the badaa villain and has spoiled everything.

To be honest it seemed like only the fans tried to save the show. Even though they were not completely happy with the way it was progressing, they left the negative criticism aside and tried their best to save it as they loved what it was and what it could be.

What it could be is never to be. The only group cheated in this entire endeavor is the fans. I know Sandip is frustrated but even then he blamed the channel's decision on the fans.nobody asked him that the show even before channel's interference had garnered similar ratings. Sandip is putting the entire blame on ratings, maybe so is the channel. But the ratings have forever been consistent and so have the fans. So yeah fans are the most disappointed, they are the most disheartened and they are in the worst situation cos they have the least control over it.
