Well because we saw them 24x7 in bb. In nach we just saw them fight. I believe madhu realised she can't live without him after he went in the house that is y she followed him and was more loving towards him in the house. Well vishal did pursue her for 6 months until she said yes during Chandrakanta🤷🏻‍♀️. One of the reasons she isn't able to let go off him

WOW....if the situation was reversed and Vishal had hit her...people would be advising Madhu to never ever look at Vishal again...to be a strong woman...reminds me of the movie Thappad...ek he thappad tha...per maarna nahi chahiye tha....and here this man is happily romancing his abuser and people are going awwwww.......it surprises me how much of a pass women get in some cases...Madhu hitting Vishal...Sana almost molesting Kartik and Gautam...but its all good.....if men do the same.....talwarein nikal aati hain...
