Eg is Nirbhaya case then are not yet punished and it 8 yrs Now.... And the victim already is no more what justice the will give if the just want to give chances to the culprits... In just heard this news and I was like why will a woman or girl will feel safe anywhere when there is no justice here....its really bad....
