I feel like Alia's PR attached her to a new movie publicly after Priyanka wouldn't give up Sheela. Just recently at the Filmfares, Alia was talking about how proud she is that Ma Sheela wants her to play her in her biopic.

If both do the same subject, there will be annoying comparisons in India. Meanwhile, nobody will talk about Alia's version overseas because obviously it would be in Hindi and PC's would be in English. It's not worth it. It's better for her to drop that movie.
