Miley Cyrus Personal Pics Leaked… Again

continues to find herself in the headlines, most recently for her troubles with a charitable ticket giveaway.

The Hannah Montana star recently spoke out about the notorious 6-year-old girl from Texas who won "Best Of Both Worlds" concert tickets last month after fabricating a story about her father dying in the Iraqi war.

"I was really kind of upset. I mean, that's just not a cool scenario," Cyrus tells during an upcoming Good Morning America interview, adding, "But it just shows what people will do for a ticket."

Meanwhile, Miley is back in the forefront in cyberspace as well, as another wave of private photos leaked from her MySpace account have made their way to the Internet.

And while there are those who chastise the young star for her "provocative" poses, Miley's mother has given advice on how to deal with this type of critic.

"My mom always says: for every, you know, 10,000 people that love you, there's going to be another handful of 10,000 people that don't. And it's like, there's nothing that you can change," says Cyrus. "So, that's all right."

Yeah, they are inappropriate. Its kinda Miley's fault because shes the one who decided to take those pics, she should have somehow known that there likely to end up on the internet, because most personal pics do!
