Is Bhumi trying too hard?

She's a really talented actress but comes across as wannabe. I don't know why she tries so hard to have a glamorous/sexy image when she is pretty the way she is. This way, she's gonna lose her USP the same way Parineeti has.

It's not about the amount of skin exposed, but the fact that she's trying too hard to shed her girl-next-door image and that might work against her.

TBH, she probably is trying very hard. But I think that happens to alot of former fat people. There is a certain insecurity and stigma attached to former fat people that always stays in your mind even if you lose weight. You can lose the weight but the insecurity remains. Thats why people like Sara Ali Khan, Parineeti, Bhumi, etc. will always talk about eating and weight loss. Even Alia Bhatt is obsessed with her weight and being skinny (she was chubby before). They just have this insecurity which they wanna fill by looking desirable or hot.

We have discussed it a million times already..duh uh... Yes, she is trying too hard and yes, she's coming across as a wannabe. She should try to stay real and stop posting such stuff, not doing any good to her.

So wearing a bikini is trying "too hard" these days?!
