When Nayeem bhi asked for money Neil said he himself is running short of money but it looked more than that .He wanted to help but was helpless.

Even I'm wondering as at that time he felt helpless about not having money plus when his staff asked him to visit the hospital with them he said that he needs to bring some basic things either its his money (which he was not ready to use it) or he sold his bike.
