I like Rashmi but I still think Sid and her drama (also Arhaan) is mostly scripted. As far as my opinion on Sid -it is truly based on how he is behaving on the show not his past or his issues with Rashmi. Their personalities have to be their own although they are following a script. If you want to believe that Sid's character is completely scripted, he is playing a villain character and i have nothing but dislike for such traits.

That is all Asim's game...because he doesn't know anything else.....atleast Sid and Rashmi TRY to do something else....but Asim can't...he is the biggest bully there.
