This caller was the most obvious planted caller or one of the blind followers of Shukla who take each and everything Shukla does as God's doing. There was absolutely no truth in what he said. The thing is Sana HAS always been with Shukla but Shukla has only always saved Aarti and then Zariwala. He has always belittled her whenever he could. Still she has stupidly always been with him.
