She looked at the ring that was in his hands and slapped him, and in shock, he threw it in the water. Satisfied, she turned and walked away from him.

A part of her knew that Rudra was reckless and he would jump, the other part knew that he was selfish, selfish like MJ was. So she turned, wanting to know whether Rudra was broken down enough to jump off the bridge or broken down by her rejection.

And he wasn't there! Maya could feel panic sink in. She should be happy, damn it! But she wanted to cry, she rushed to the spot he was standing a few minutes ago and scanned the water, only to see the bubbles. Had he really jumped in?

She yelled his name and got no response. She felt tears stain her cheeks and rubbed them off hurriedly

"Looking for something?" Her panic turned into relief immediately as she turned to look at Rudra who was yelling across the bridge.

She ran to him, in his arms.

"I want to be with you, and if my dieing proves my love to you, it's of no use, to both of us, instead, i'll stay alive, accepting all your hate, yet love you!" He said and buried his face in the crook of her neck.
