I think only very few people vote due to caste ...may be less than 10%

But i have seen Gauhar also being subjected to extreme hatred for islamic views on Twitter.

And Asim is also getting same on Twitter.

I think manveer tried to milk favour of gurjaar community in his time. I think Vishal also tried to highlight 'Bihar Ka babua' to gain their votes.

There are extremists in every religion/caste so they might favour one belonging to them but majority audience go by their fav acc to his/her previous work or Present conduct in BB .
