Yeah, the thing is Sana doesn't register or remember a lot of these words and insults. Rashmi ko siraf ek baar aisi ladaki kaha toh kitna halla macha tha. Shehnaaz just ignores them and move on. She never hears the conversations for finding words to make mudda.

Jealous word is a trigger for emotions and not for its meaning but probably bad memories associated with it
