They have been giving efforts on feminism.

1. Maya and Rudra both have had phobias and both have saved the other.

5. Ananya's primary characterization ( though now they are failing badly )

6. Rudra's characterisation----a gentleman and really different from usual ITV MLs

7. Mental issues like panic attacks, phobias, addiction ( atleast they are trying to handle it seriously...... though failing in many cases. But usual shows don't even try )

8. Badass trans women. And looks like they have more parts.( Mythology or not, our society treats them very very and very cruelly ).

9. They didn't ruin Rishi's character to justify maya. They could have made us hate him instead of Maya if they had wanted.

Plus they are courageous till now regarding relationships----Making the audience feel like Maya had a baby with MJ or MJ kissed Rudra's girlfriend is already a bold move even though the revealation shows something else. Not to mention leads kissing in less than a month.

I should stop now. 😆

Bottom line, I have hopes on Rajeev being actually gay and cvs handling it sensibly. I just hope that if it happens, they better be consistent and doesn't ruin him like Ananya's character. 🌈🌈

@7,@1 but instead of showing them going to therapy, they are making Maya take revenge and kill.

@5, i am crying coz Ananya was supposed to be an amazing parallel lead

But hopefully they cater to young audeince, SENSITIVELY. And show an amazing gay character and a fierce, smart woman and not degrading Antara's drug issues any more.
