By this logic then madhu starts and finishes the fight. She is the one who out of the blue starts verbally abusing vishal by calling him bhehenji etc. She starts the provoking first

If pouring water is bad enough to result in punishment, why wasn’t Shehnaaz punished the day she upturned the bucket of muddy water on Devo?

Bigboss has a responsibility to provide doctor and treatment if a house mate is injured. But Bigboss just made it worse mentally and physically. Vishal should sue Bigboss.
