Apne khud ke paise lutana type nepotism is all right. That's why I don't mind Jacky Bhagnani doing 3 films each year from his father's production house. He is the heir... sab uske paas hi jaani hai... isse nepotism nahin kehte.

The problem is when the big production houses only sign industry kids for multiple big projects with A list directors, the kids haven't even proved themselves yet.

Before Kjo it was Yashraj. They always used to offer films to the industry kids going through rough patch. They did give Rishi two three big movies with top heroines when he was a fat floppy. For Shamshera they signed Kaka way before Sanju release (Doesn't matter when the official announcement was)... there were blinds about Rishi requesting YRF to sign beta in their movie.

An outsider hit hero still won't get a huge budget movie from them but an industry flopping uncle will get their biggest movies.
