Why moksh illness is fake

One sampu cant concieve so the kid will die even if kalyani decides to sacrifice. If that happens sampu can no way stick to malhar. So if he is really ill why would she try to encash this opportunity beacuse she herself no it won't last long.

Second thing this major truth is kept hidden from malhar. Usko Kya sapna aayengi that sampu need to concieve to save moksh. Ya phir sampu and kalyani has some other plans to make it happen without malhars consent or what.
