India’s law on domestic abuse

I live in USA but does India have no such laws against domestic abuse?

First, Salman’s comment on how he would beat his sisters if they would act like Shahnaz. I mean there could b mental illness but regardless how can u Talk about beating up ur sisters

second instance Madhu is constantly showing signs of physical abusive partner but the is no legal consequences.

thirdly, open threats specially from outsiders. Like, Parag threatening Asim. I mean there is no law against threatening someone specially infront of whole nation?

I think he meant that their family would have punished them if they behaved like this when they were growing up!

Beating up sisters is Shuklas thing

Yes there are laws in India ,concerning threats but the party who was threatened has to take it up. I dont think suo motto cases are filed against people who issue threats.

Haan aap log toh Shukla k Ghar pe Hi rahte Ho isliye sab pata hain. Kuch fans ka Shukla ko kar topic pe laane ka trend hain Yaha pe.

As far as I know there are no laws in the U.S regarding random physical fights between two individuals where action is taken without any formal complaints.. One of them has to press charges ..or a neighbour has to call the cops for 'nuissance' or a threat to somebody's life. Or it has to happen at the work place where the employer can take action against someone for violating the rules of their premises. Correct me If Im wrong.

( Just a tidbit- there is a ridiculous archaic law in the US ..i think in the state of Ohio where you are allowed to beat your wife on a sunday or something. Some day of the week)

What did Jariwala's husband threaten Asim with?

Shukla has repeatedly said moonh tod doonga to Asim. Asim was blamed for refusing to put up with that and other abuse from him..verbal and physical. Asim could file a case against Shukla for physical aggression ...and another against BB for the violation of the contract where it says clearly tht the contestants' safety would be ensured.

Are to ye chi bolo na ki Shukla ki bahan bhi usko martee thee, jab family ko beech mai laye ho to poori baat bolo. Mahan hai aap log....

@ bold. The thread was about beating sisters. I joked about it quoting something Shukla had said(maine kisike family ko beech mein nahi laaya ) If u dont get sarcasm or if u dont have asense of humour thats something you should sort out warna aap hi 'mahan' dikhenge . :)
