Your this spoiler is more reliable. I can't really connect with the fact that first she was with father, that too pregnant & now with son!

I was thinking about the mud water that Maya fell into, total of three times. First when she was pregnant, she probably lost the baby. The second time, in first episode, old Maya dies bringing out new one. Third time today, we need to wait to see who dies (as in what changes in Maya).. but symbolically or otherwise.

Also, first she arranged for Antara to fall in water and drown, this time she is pushed into muddy waters.
