I think thats why aman asks her to promise, to ensure that she thinks of this step and actually does it, because he would hate himself and want to die if he harms his family but on the other hand, she has ayana powers, she could have just flown aman in the air to stop him!! What you said makes sense though, maybe she knows this will bring him back.

Whatever it is though, I am damn excited to see :D
