I disagree. This is not a webseries or 2 hr movie where characters are already established and they don't really have the time to evolve. Right now you can say that allies and enemies are being categorized and that too by answering the questions how and why. Maya will need allies in a fight with a powerful person like MJ. Each character's strengths and weaknesses are being shown. Basically battle lines are being drawn and I think I can confidently say that MayRa love story has a vital role to play in this fight. It's been only like 25 episodes or something and I don't understand why people want to writers to rush into the big fight. Maya needs to be ready with allies and all her strength before she has a direct fight with a powerful person like MJ. She will need to win small fights first and weaken MY. That is what's happening.

I feel the same. I don't want to lose interest from any of Jen's show but I can't help staying hooked anymore! Please makers... save the show! 😒💔

I stopped watching after a few episodes. Makers have no idea how to make the story thrilling . Pace is not satisfactory and the storyline leaves a lot to be desired. Nowadays , with widespread net access , people can easily watch world class thrillers and crime dramas and mysteries . Out of the box thinking is needed in this genre and the presentation needs to be smarter.

The makers must immediately focus on the MJ-Maya confrontation and then their battles , or else the show is getting more boring by each day.
