I think she was crying to make sure Shukla doesnt come and start shouting at her. All her courage was for WKV and once that was over she knew he would come and start on her for showing him and Pahira as liars and bad. I think she wanted to escape the usual 'tu ja tu ja unke saath.. ja. bak bak bak bak'

So now we know she cried because she lost to Rashmi in the dance taskI mean.. I cant say anything more

And why did she blame Shukla and Pahira for her lack of dancing talent?

Same task was won by Mahira , so double irritation for her.
