Secondly, I think she's figured it out that Rudra is trying to place her and figure HER out more and more. So I am guessing she told him the truth to ensure he doesn't get carried away with his curiosity. And he's assured now that he'd get his answers from her whenever she's in the frame of mind and he doesn't have to go digging.
