That also cause she is one beautiful lady , whom his brother lives. So he wants her for himself or else he wants to play with his brothers emotions by using her.. as of now it doesn't look like he genuinely cares for Roshni.

It could have been little less creepy if it is at least like he has fallen in love and cares about her and he was not aware of human relations so he was not aware that he is not supposed to fall for brothers wife and all .

But here he is, he intentionally wants her since she is his brothers wife.
