What does a reality show mean to you?

that provides positive entertainment. 😛

A show where

1)Some people try to present themselves as nicer than they are...thinking it would come off as their 'real ' side..and thats the most interesting part..seeing how long theyd be pull it off..how long before they break and how ugly things are underneath the mask. Some people turn out to be disgusting. Some people seem slightly bad but eventually they can be appreciated even after their reality comes out

2) Some eople deliberately taking their bad side too far...for 'footage' as they say..just to stay in the news..or probably because they were paid by the channel to create content. Example-Dolly bindra ..imam siddiqui

3) Some People start off as assh#les but mature into likable relatable people

4) Some rares ones manage to stay real and decent until the end inspite of all sorts of provocations (Eg. Shweta Tiwari)

5) Some good people try as much as they can to remain who they are but start turning into maniacs because of the harassment because they dont know how to deal with it otherwise

6) Some walk in ..remain the c#nts they are....shamelessly rude and disrespectful..but PRAISED for that. are turned into heroes and rewarded for their toxic behaviour because these people provide proxy life to all those bullies out there who are scared to act out in real life..or the ones who do already and love it when its being celebrated on national television

The reality factor lies in the responses to the show...how people respond to so much content thats supposedly not scripted. ..how people respond to the personalities and behaviour of all kinds ..and most importantly how well people are able to see through the manipulation by both the makers (for TRPs) and by the contestants(image management). These shows are a great way to judge the reality of the audiences not the contestants. What is 'entertaining' to people? If people lap up manipulation easily it says a lot about the intelligence of the viewers and if people enjoy rude toxic behaviour that says something is really wrong with the reality of our society.

Nothing ..!! There is hardly any reality in reality shows..!! I watch it if I like it otherwise I don’t..!! I don’t get too invested in it
