In your list I have watched most of them.

Uri is a well made movie and can be watched.

Badla - I recommend you to watch either the original or telgu version instead of hindi

Dream girl is one time watch but a good entertainter

Mission mangal I prefer that you watch the webseries made on the show than watching the movie. The movie is unrealistic and impractical. It is a disappointment

Article 15 is one of the well made movies and has a brilliant writing.

If you ask other recommendations you have to watch notebook, sky is pink and patakka. These three movies are also brilliant

Anyone know where to watch Super 30 or Uri Or Bala ?

Bala I think is not available online yet. URI is on ZEE5 and Super 30 on Hotstar.
