@bold to add to that, Raman has been inconsiderate towards Ishita too sometimes and called her a baanjh 😭, that would come to bite him back and pinch his heart like no other, the CVs won't show us so much though 😒

Yes Raman has been inconsiderate towards her by calling her baanjh whenever he got hurt and angry... But that didn't stopped him for loving her.... He loves her like crazy despite hurting her time and again.... Their love has depth....

But this new generation lacks everything... Yes the show is coming to a full circle but can they tackle this is the big question now

I think that's too simplistic .....I used to think the same ..and their equation and both their personalities are far more complex than that. We can choose to believe this narrative but after 6 yrs of watching all the offscreen drama it hardly rings true.

KPs brand of humour and his loud personality may not be everyone's cup of tea ...but at least on YHMs set it has won him a lot of friends for life. And it seems to be the case with Most ppl in other shows he has done lately.yesterday's segment too ppl were quick to reply that it is KP thry will miss the most.

DT has a very guarded personality and she as a person and brand is all about the 'right' appearances and being seen as doing the correct thing. But fact also is that she has been in this industry long enough and has close close friends who are not paragons of virtue when it comes to drinking /smoking and other worse vices.

And KP is almost all the time about spontaneity- even when he is serious. So on the surface it does seem that 2 such people would / could never get along.

But get along they did ...for not 1-2 but 6 long years ....and that too in a very fickle industry ...where the average life span of shows is not more than a year..and 1 out of 3 shows have big show offs between leads with either one of them leaving and uglier press and fanwars to end the show....with ppl fighting for credit....and /or who is the better of the 2.

To sum it up ..I think Raj put it across best in his post ....KP is typically the guy who comes in late..but will still dominate the group and be super informal and squeeze in to the chair next to you .... DT is the one who will always want to keep her poise and aura...and likr Raj said ..sit in a big chair in a dignified way...

But together and as a team...they are magic...and more so because of these stark differences - and isn't that only possible because they have both given some and taken some - and in essence got along ?

Honestly i wouldnt have replied but ur unnecessary stress on the word 'Right' just took the whole point away from what u were trying to say here and in order to justify what 'Brand' KP is you implied that DT is fake and pretentious atleast i got that feeling, we dont stress the words unless there are some innuendos to it anyways if u can accept Brand KP whatever it is you clearly not have accepted Brand DT whatever it stands for!

Coming to gelling together there are many reasons why 2 people dnt get along and not just their bad habbits, DT is great friends with Raj who also smokes but something connects them and DT has never had problems with casual/occassional drinking, smoking she might have had as she had reprimanded everyone who used to smoke on sets to go out and smoke not to indulge in passive smoking if thats doing right i am all for it cause i follow it myself in my life, drinking if it starts affecting someone professionally if someone raises issues about it and its doing the right thing i m all for it too and KP has himself admitted it that he wont blame DT when she used to complain when he used to come late and one of the reasons was he was wasted and used to drink till wee hours in the morning and come late on sets as a result. Coming to having friends with vices occassional drinking is not a vice, smoking can be but just because u r friends with people who indulge in it it doesnt render u a person with less virtue, she has never advocated it and never will and i m sure she has stopped her friends from doing it as a good friend but at the end of the day its their personal choice u dnt seize ur relationships with ur friends just because they drink and smoke unless it affects ur personal life.

KP has changed a lot post marriage people agree or not, Ankita has brought a lot of good change in him, she is the one who ensures he reaches on time for shoot, she is the one who ensures he doesnt drink till late and gets wasted affecting him professionally, she wants him to quit smoking too, so Ankita also belongs to the similar chain of thought of doing the 'Right' thing, even Anita has called him alcoholic and its on record when he was clicking selfies and his hands were shivering and thats definitely not the sole reason why Divan r not great friends, sometimes 2 people just dnt get along thats all about it and just because they are not closest friends that doesnt mean one is right and one is wrong! They r just different thats all! KP has changed a lot over the years and i appreciate his honesty of saying it aloud but DT has also been honest about whatever struggles she has gone through in her life whether personally and professionally, they both r the kind of people who wear their hearts on their sleeves, DT is little more sensitive being a girl/woman thats all!

Coming to his Brand of humour it can be funny only sometimes and untill people not take offense which luckily for him no one did on YHM set cause his humour whether u agree or not is racist and sexist, making fun of someone's weight and height is not funny people call it body shaming but since they have good bond its passed off as funny also i have never seen him do such kind of humour with his boys gang he only does it with girls whether its shireen, krishna, Aditi or Shehnazji, i just read he called her a Tempo which is down right sexist and Even DT when he has said ki uski kamar tut jaati hai lifts karne mein or now when she has lost weight asking her to eat bori bharke cake! Or when he says jab ladki namaste karne jhukti hai uske sankar dikhte hai! If its not objectifying in the name of humour/entertainment the whole discussion about banning item songs from movies and the cheesy scenes or projecting a woman in a certain way that objectifies women in films will be rendered useless cause sab chalta hai in the name of entertainment or as a humour! People dnt take offense to such things so it stays funny, when and if someone does he will have to shut his mouth which is a fact!

EK coming to bid farewell to this team...saying this show was one of her biggest professional high points...well said and much needed....

And this is the first time they ever cut a cake on the final day on a balaji set ....and the first ever for EK....wow....finally it feels so good that thus show is being praised and respected for the gem it was.👏
