Is Shahid a bigger star than Ranveer?

Kabir Singh grossed more than Simmba despite being an A-rated movie. Its the first A-rated movie to cross 250 Crores when other A-rated films haven't even crossed 100 Crores. On the other hand, Simmba was a family movie.

I know Padmaavat grossed more than Kabir Singh but Ranveer fans forget that Shahid too was in the film

Shahid doesn't get enough praise for his work in Kabir Singh. Maybe it's because the movie was problematic.

Even Simba did some great Bo numbers. But people praise ranveer more for Murad.

With problematic movies, the discussion remains focused around the subject of the movie. Around the directors.

Gully Boy praise is only limited to internet. In reality it failed to cross even 150 Crores and even didn't get good TRPs on television.

It did quite well for it's budget then. The subject was risky and generally Indians avoid watching Indian poverty stories. So, I would say, this movie did phenomenal.

MTV actually has a show for rap singers now. So, it's not like it didn't create any impact.

He should be since he’s very talented! But sadly he isn’t & probably never will be seeing RS’ trajectory.

He isn't because he chose more bad projects than good ones. He's still doing the same.

Very good actor though.
