Here problem is not first marriage or having child. But hiding it and trying to marry another girl. It is called cheating.

Rashmi looks confused. She knows about Arhaan first marriage but not child (if it is not a prank)

But still telling everything on National TV is not right... So i think Salman will say all this is prank but may warn Rashmi about Arhaan and his ex-Gf in person or by some way. So that Rashmi wonot take wrong decision.
