And NO, asking for fair trial in court DOES NOT mean supporting rapists. You need to be an A GRADE CH*TIYA to even think that!

If I'm speaking for fair trial, is is because of my protection. The protection that law has given to me in the country. That if tomorrow I'm wrongly accused of any crime ans anyone from my family is being framed, I WILL HAVE THE RIGHT to go to court and ask for a FAIR TRIAL irrespective of how long it will take me to get justice instead of getting lynched and shot dead in the name of 'encounter'.

How fking hard is it to understand this simple thing???

So in midst of praising the police , and throwing flowers at them , would there be any action taken on the fact that same police didn't respond for missing report for hours , had they ,the girl might have been alive ,would any police reform would take place or the accused are dead so whole debates are over as bloodlust has been satisfied ?

And even if one believes the 'encounter' theory, what kind of security does the police have that the accused of such a high profile case gets to easily scot free and get access to weapons as it is being spread online??

There is no need to praise the police, but the hysterical public of this country is hailing them like Telugu film hero.

Some people live in delusion that what they are asking for others will never happen to them. If u can see yourself in a victim who can be raped , murdered and burnt you can also be lynched, framed in a false case and encountered before ever getting a chance to prove your innocence. Also the fact the lawmakers are once again saved from correcting a horribly failed system that is in place. Now they neither have to tighten the security nor fix the system that takes eternity to bring justice to the victims. Just shoot whoever u THINK is the criminal.

Odds are in favor of it being staged.

I dont know what to feel. As a woman I want every rapist dead but this is not the way.

This was a fake encounter. The world was following this case and someone got it shutdown rather than following procedure. This could have been handled just as well legally. Just by a fast track court in a week. The sentence, the capital punishment. We have the laws in place but nobody to implement them not even the police. I want the culprits dead too but not like this.

We have been the courts, we have all the resources yet nobody uses them. This case could have been a landmark in setting judicial reforms. But fake encounters in cases like these only affirm that even our police dont believe in the law. The precedent this might set is scary to think about.

And the lack of faith of the police when it comes to judiciary..This is what this shows. We should remember that the courts are there to serve the citizens and if when they dont, they need reforms.

One branch cant take this right from another and call it justice.

Just think about this.. The laws and procedures remain exactly the same. Nothing changes. The police cant do this to every culprit/accused..They can't gun down people just like that. What we need is the system to change and this was a major chance to do so and now its gone. The Police cannot and should not be the investigator, jury and the judge.

Police couldn't even provide security to her. they are the worst. They help the culprits. How much courage a victim needs to have ?????

Go to hell the society wanting a son, hailing them up as some diamond, not teaching them morals and creating heartless beast who treat their women as some slave, animal created only for satisfying everyone physically and for producing babies, obeying their shitty demands or force/leave/burn to rot and die.

No women is ever safe, no child is safe, even man are not safe because what we learn from our home ,school and Samaj , our education everything is faulty and shit.

The girls I meet at my work place are scared to go out at night, they don't go alone anywhere. many are married underage having babies at 16/17 because their families forced them to, their voice has it been ever heard ? No. Even if they want to study they are forced to leave and stay home to learn and cook and marry then repeat it with their children. And die. And don't even ask if they can't give babies then bring another one and leave the former one.

Let's pray for her to get well even if the chances are minimum. Her courage is thrilling and we can't even imagine her pain, what she went through. She is the hero.
