What is this some kinda movie? How the hell did those culprits escape? It doesn't look convincing at all, if they are the real culprits then they got what they deserve... Bt if not then police is trying to save someone or save their face, dint want these ppl to reach court and open their mouth...

But I noticed that all these men were from lowest caste and the girl to upper caste. That's why so much hue and cry and quick death of the low caste perpetrators. Now imagine if upper caste men were perpetrators and the girl low caste. Would the machinery be so swift in delivering justice or would the media be talking about it so much?

The answer to these questions nobody would know. Not even the police, who shot them dead. But yes, many, like you would spit on their bodies, give them vile slurs, without knowing if they were responsible for the heinous crime.

Imagine. Just imagine if they were poor youngsters randomly picked so the police can say they did their job very well. And now they are conveniently killed so nobody knows the truth. The actual rapists meanwhile will start looking for their next victim.

For that, the case needs to reach the court first.

In the Pradhyuman Ryan School murder case, the bus conductors were accused by the police,arrested and forced to confess only to later get cleanchit when it was found out that the murder was committed by a fellow student. The same mob like situation had errupted in Gurgaon after the murder forcing the police to make quick arrests and out of pressure the bus conductors were made the bali ka bakra.

The actual murderer was found and arrested ONLY AFTER the Parents went to THE SUPREME COURT and the CBI conducted a FORMAL INVESTIGATION.

There is a reason why laws exist in this country and a reason why it should be followed irrespective of how henious the crime is!
