But the point is for Sid the friendship died after their fight week and even the weekend they made up- for Sid the friendship was over as he realised Asim won’t leave Himanshi and Shefali.

For Asim he still had a soft corner for Sid and this nomination will be the end of it for him as well.

They had a real friendship OUAT but don’t have it now so don’t owe each other anything. All their dues are paid and now should play for the themselves.

My point is how will sid know Asim is popular outside or is getting votes? He’s never talked about. Ignored on weekends. No feedback from guests. WC’s haven’t mentioned his popularity? So even if Sid thinks Asim deserves to go in finals, how will he know Asim will be able to get there coz logically is Shukla is unaware Asim would probably be in most danger as all the others have previous fan bases
