Pregnant woman should be bedridden? From my experience, I have seen pregnant woman do crazy things until the moment they deliver. Jumping, dancing, overworking themselves (some do), lifting, etc etc. Single moms do all sorts of things, here at least Prerna has help from her family and Anurag.

All Prerna was doing today was going up and down some stairs, walking around a home. Compared to paragliding she did previously (which in my opinion was more dangerous for FIRST time person), this is nothing.

Any mothers here to shed light on this topic? Hope?

Mostly in india, ppl consider it as big. But it's good to be active for both mother n child. Delivery will b easy if she is active and doing all work. My friend, drove herself to hospital from office as she was feeling uncomfortable n delivered n later called her husband to give news. That was epic 😂

Not just that, after delivery within 2 hrs they told me to walk n gave baby in my hands n next day I was discharged. They kept me in hospital for one day not for me but for my baby. They will observe reaction of vaccination given to the baby n they will give discharge. Here even delivery is not considered big..

Serina Williams won Wimbledon while she was pregnant. Here doctor also says, if pregnancy is healthy, nothing will happen if u jump or run. We shd never treat pregnancy as disease. It's a normal human cycle.

I had the same ezperience with pregnancy...when i had one miscarriage within 2 monthe, next time when i conceived doctors as well as people in my family wont let me out of bed as if doctors in India said ht u shld take rest. Unfortunately tht one was gone as well.

When i conceived again and gone to UK...tht time the doctors over there said u r not ill..

Pregnancy is a biloigical process....behave normal...and be happy...same attitude i seen at work abroad.....

So Perna is at the right track😆
