good question!! For viewers episode wise its 4 months.. but as per show moving its 1 or 2 months as meher pregnancy then marriage came soon.. marrige post ritual just finished before this money issue.. so we have to assume like this :)

I love this question was wondering the same .Knowing soap world pregnancy can drag on, and on well past a year. A month in real life. can equal to 3 days or less in fictional world. But in real-life Some women are well into their 3rd trimester before the start showing.
