Other than a signing fee, Hrithik shouldn't be getting any upfront money at this stage of his career. Instead, profit sharing is the way to go. That allows him to be part of good films without crippling the budget. And if the film doesn't do well, no producer can be bitter or resentful. I remember Keanu Reeves didnt get paid for The Matrix, instead dude signed up for profit sharing and he is STILL raking it in to this day. Profit sharing is where the smart money's at.

He co-produced Super 30 under HRX films. It even shows in the credits. But nowhere does it show co-producer credit for War. It's completely YRF.

He's always been one of the highest paid, despite box office results, he has always been charging a good amount of money, there are various reasons for this but one of the major reasons are because he dedicates a lot of his time to a single film and he mostly does big scale productions so this he charges a lot. Obviously he didn't earn 95crs for super 30 where the production scale was less, but he did for War only because of the time, effort and money being invested at his name. Every A list hero does that, Hrithik isn't doing anything which is weird or unseen before.

As far as War's success is questioned, why do we forget that the same YRF lost a huge chunk of money in their last biggie TOH which apparently was rejected by Hrithik due to the script issue, so if they pay him a big amount now after the mega success of War it's just business.

Akshay and Hrithik's market values are different, both have different styles, just because they're earning a lot doesn't mean they stop working, Akki follows his old habit of making four films a year and Hrithik follows his habit of making one film in two years, nobody has Changed despite the money they earn.

Because YRF as a policy does not give those credits to ANYONE in public. However, this was confirmed by the trade too prior to the release of WAR. It's HIS franchise- like Tiger is Salmans.
