Rashmi is genuine person but she don't know to play game

Vishal clearly told her u have to earn the confidence of people

After so many weeks if she isn't able to earn that confidence then she isn't playing the game correctly

Even Sana said nobody will make u the captain

Mistake is rashmi's, to trust all unworthy people

Because she is not a player

Her only usp is her controversy with shukla

She is not usimg opportunities at her door

Mahira n paras ditched rahsmi n siding with shukla ..at the same time rashmi cn use this to side with asim n be sweet to him because now asim will more easily understands her n shukla issues. Plus she has fought with asim n he said sorry to her two times..she can bond with him well.he is not like pyshco like shukla n opportunist paras ..if u r good to him he will support u

Arhan was more sharp than her in game..he started bonding with asim in tunnel task

She can invest in people right. Try to make genuine connections. This game works like that. U have to earn supporters. Then if people are in ur favour. They will make u captain.
