all the dialogues come to them previous night or on the set, it always takes a longer time to do dialogue bharre scene. Also I think they rushed it becos they realized they had done blooper by saying they are meeting with bachaaas that night and rushed to show next morning, they must not have planned for the confrontation by abhi and put it in to justify not meeting that night
