Ok, hes married to two different women...shouldnt he be in jail???? Im surprised no one in the show has thought of this! Its ridiculous!

Even he was proved Normal, he was suppose to go to jail. How come he is not in jail?

Well, in India, if none of the wives complain, then a man can be married to two women at once. Gauri has complained, so that's where the court case comes in. But unless and until it is proved that he was of sound mind when he married G, he will not be jailed. And as we all know, Ishan's lawyer will simply prove the first marriage invalid as he was not in the right mental state at the time of marriage.

Ishaan is ganster & Judge knew that, he could not put him in jail bcoz of his mental state, then parvati proved that he was normal. Someone bailed him. Isn't he suppose to go back to jail? 😕
